How it Works

Sometimes a person’s license is actually revoked rather than suspended. This means they have a period of time they cannot legally drive (1 to 10 years depending on the reason) and when they are able to drive again, they must apply for the license as if they never had one.

The first step is to complete a Revocation Application and one of the items is a substance abuse evaluation by a licensed substance abuse counselor.

After we complete the evaluation with the client, we send the application to ADOT.
